NM is all about outdoors this property offers abundant outdoor space including 700 sq feet of roofed portal which is sort of semi living space with dinning table, outdoor workspace plus lots of chairs and tables it’s private. Inside it’s set up more like a duplex with smaller space almost 750 sq feet consisting of one bedroom with attached bath also includes queen bed and twin bed with a rocking chair open to this bedroom is smaller living/dinning space with kitchenette independent entrance and outdoor space with coffee table and dinning open to sky. Utility area in this space also includes full size washer /dryer. Next to bedroom and connecting to other end is dedicated work space which opens to enclosed dog run. Bigger section of this duplex includes full kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove range, fridge and small dinning table. Living space is large with one twin bed setup like sofa and klik - klik small sofa bed. There is 50 inch TV and coffee table. In addition to the corner is dedicated work space with printer. Bedroom 2 has a sofa and queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a king bed with rocking chair. Bathroom for this section is luxurious with double vanity and double showers in extra large custom built shower stall. Next to this bathroom is compact washer and driver that’s in addition to full size washer dryer in other side of the house.  One of the middle bedroom (bedroom 2) with queen bed and sofa opens to kitchen which is separated just by a curtain (no door). It’s century old house, our perceptions maybe different but undoubtedly it’s a charming property with great vibes. Please note  though this is one level property this has one or two steps going from one room to another and many of the surfaces are uneven.  This is not a luxury it’s modest and functional dwelling if you need luxury please book somewhere else . THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE …property is in a quiet neighborhood and guests are expected to maintain the same.
